Adam Lipinksi - Postman/Old Texan
Adam Lipinski is an avid young actor who is interested in everything from singing to filming. Having been in many previous youth theatre shows, the first being West Side Story, and earlier this year he performed in Renegade's first show, Zombie Prom, as Miss Strict's Assistant, Adam is excited to be performing in Lucky Stiff. Adam is taking a drama GCSE at the moment and would wish to continue doing drama through A-Levels and, hopefully, into university.
Alex Parker - Luigi Gaudi
Alex is 16, and has just started Lower Sixth at the the Royal Grammar School, studying Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry , Spanish and GCSE Spanish for his AS Levels. In his spare time, Alex is a Cpl in the RAF Cadets and is currently training to run from Bristol to London (120 miles) to support the Teen Cancer Trust in August 2015. This is Alex's first renegade production but he has previously played 'Haig' and a variety of other characters in RGS's production of 'Oh! What A Lovely War!''. Alex has thoroughly enjoyed his time working with Renegade and hopes you enjoy the show!
Charlotte Robinson - Miss Thorsby/Showgirl
Charlotte is 16 years old and began dancing at 2½ with JG Dance Academy, and has continued the academies theatre training for 14 years, taking RAD, ISTD and LAMDA exams; training in tap, ballet, modern and Drama. She has been a part of numerous other drama groups: Forum Players, Future Forums, and Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre. Charlotte has performed in many roles some being: Lucy in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe - Forum Players, Hermia in the modern (musical) adaptation of A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream- School production, Solo Dancer in Treasure Island, and main dancer in many other Forum Players productions, as well as taking part in Grease, Little Shop of Horrors and Oliver! with Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre. Her biggest debuts so far have been starring in Oliver! in the West End, Drury Lane and as an extra in the forthcoming film Molly Moon, out this year. Charlotte performed in Renegade's first production, Zombie Prom, as The Boffin and a dancer.
Christopher Bennett - Vinnie
Christopher attends the Henley College where he studies an extended diploma in Creative Media Production, alongside Film Studies AS. He has a very strong passion for musicals and acting, taking part in every opportunity he can grasp to participate in performances. This will be his second outing as a member of Renegade Theatre Company and he couldn’t be more excited to be a part of their second show! He has been involved with Wycombe Swan’s Summer Youth Project since 2009, his most recent one being 2014’s Grease in which he played the role of Vince Fontaine. He has also been a member of Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre, in which he played Skip Snip in 2013’s Little Shop of Horrors. Alongside this he has been involved in two of St Michael’s Catholic School’s (his previous school) school productions, and also in Wycombe High School’s production of Hairspray (2013) in which he played Mr. Pinky. He hopes you enjoy the show AND the brand new theatre!
Claire Deards - Annabel
Claire is 19 and absolutely thrilled to have been chosen to play Annabel and can’t wait to perform on the Renegade stage for the first time! She is passionate about performing and has just completed a contract singing and dancing in a touring company’s cabaret shows where she gained invaluable experience to hopefully become a successful performer one day! Claire studied Musical Theatre at Amersham College where she won the part of Lilliane La Fleur in their final showcase. She recently played the part of Jan in Grease at the Wycombe Swan and has also been a part of the Garsington Opera Company’s Road Rage Opera, played Grace Farrell in Act Now Entertainment’s production of Annie and was a soloist in their Gala Concerts at the Henley Theatre. Claire hopes to continue her training in Musical Theatre at one of the performing arts colleges next year, but meantime can be found working as a waitress and children’s party host at a well known pizza parlour!
Ella Gilbert - Landlady/Nun
Ella is 18 and has recently finished her BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Musical Theatre. She has played many roles during her time at college, including lead roles as Shell Dockley in Bad Girls the Musical, Alice in Alice in Wonderland and Mary Ann Nichols in a devised group piece of Jack the Ripper. She has been dancing and acting since she was 4 and has performed many times in Guilford's Electric Theatre, such as playing the role of Velma in Bugsy Malone. She has reached intermediate in ballet, and received ISTD gold medal awards in tap and stage dance. Ella is very passionate about Musical Theatre and wishes to pursue her career after training at Drama School.
Ethan Piercey - Harry Witherspoon
Ethan Piercey is a 17 year old student attending Furze Platt sixth form studying drama, human biology and geography at A2 Level. He is very enthusiastic about performing having his first taste of acting when he landed a part in Oliver!, age 11, as a workhouse orphan in the West End. He has continued with acting by getting involved with Furze Platt school's productions of Honk!, Heartbreak Beautiful, Little Shop of Horrors, Guys and Dolls and Into the Woods (also currently rehearsing Our House) with named characters in each one. Ethan has also participated in the Wycombe Swan Summer Youth Project's, My Fair Lady, Crazy For You, Fame, Beauty and the Beast, Oliver, and Grease (as Sonny). In Renegades first production last year, Zombie Prom, Ethan played Jake. He thoroughly enjoyed himself being a part of the newly made company so was eager to audition this year, and was ecstatic when he became Lucky Stiff's Harry Witherspoon. When Ethan isn't performing he likes to play his guitar, play football with his friends, has a job as a gardener and has a passion for photography.
Grace Willis - American Lady
Hollie Palethorpe - American Lady/Showgirl
Hollie has been part of London Dance Studio youth group, Wycombe Swan youth dance and Billy Elliot youth where she performed in the West End. Hollie has been in many pantomimes with Forum Players as well as Little Shop Of Horrors with Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre. She has enjoyed performing in numerous productions with Wycombe Swan Youth Project being a Velvet in Grease, a main dancer in West Side Story and Beauty And The Beast, as well as being part of Fagin's Gang in Oliver! and ensemble in Fame. Hollie was The Cheerleader in Renegade's first production, Zombie Prom and is excited to be working with everyone again. When not performing Hollie enjoys Ben and Jerry's ice cream and playing the keyboard. She has loved being part of Lucky Stiff and hopes you enjoy the show.
Isabel Cunningham - Nurse
Izzy Cunningham is 15 and was a member of Jackie Palmer Stage School for 11 years. She has been a featured dancer in the Wycombe Swan Youth Project's Beauty and the Beast, Oliver!, and Grease as well as a member of the ensemble in Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre's Little Shop of Horrors. Earlier year she was a dancer in Zombie Prom and is looking forward to other shows by Renegade in the future. She has also been a child dancer in the Wycombe Swan's panto Snow White and a child singer in Joseph and the Amazing Technicoloured Dreamcoat numerous times. Izzy has thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Lucky Stiff so far and is excited for what is ahead of her.
Jasmine Atufe - Showgirl
Jasmine loves the world of performing arts. She has taken part in the past five years of Wycombe Swan Summer Youth Project productions, most recently Grease. She played Lorraine in Hairspray , a Wyspas production and is now playing Tillie in Bugsy Malone at The Misbourne School. Lucky Stiff is Jasmine's first Renegade production, and she is thrilled to be part of company.
Joanna Cunningham - Drunk Maid/Showgirl
Joanna is 17 and is attending her final year at Wycombe High School. She plans on going on to study Maths at university in 2015 for a degree. Joanna has always been involved in musical theatre from a young age, attending Jackie Palmer Stage School for 10 years until 2013, and participating in many productions at the Wycombe Swan and various other stages. More recently, Joanna featured as a Beatnik in the Wycombe Swan Youth Project, Grease, and was a main dancer, Cheer Captain and Secretary in Renegade's first show, Zombie Prom. Joanna has always been an avid dancer and at university, she hopes to continue her love for dance alongside her studies.
Joe Carter - Lodger/Emcee
Joe Carter is 17 years old and works as an assistant for Stagecoach Maidenhead Theatre School. He has often played leads in school productions and is thrilled to be a part of Renegade Youth Theatre's first performance following Zombie Prom in February of this year. He has worked with the Wycombe Swan for just over two years, as an ensemble member in Beauty and the Beast, Murray in Little Shop of Horrors, (his personal favourite) 2nd Man in Oliver!, and, of course, with Renegade as Eddie Flagrante in the legendary Zombie Prom.When not on the stage, Joe plays the piano and studies Performing Arts at Henley College.
Laura Cooper Smith - Spinster/Showgirl
Laura is 17 and is currently studying Biology, Geography, and English Literature in her last year of sixth form. She started performing at a very young age, enjoying classes in ballet, tap and street as soon as she could walk. Throughout her school life she has taken part in many productions including The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Dracula and A Midsummer Night’s Dream to mention a few. More recently she took part in Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre’s Little Shop of Horrors as well as Oliver! in 2013 and Grease this summer after an intense week dancing at The Urdang Academy in London. Laura has a real passion for musical theatre and can’t wait to perform in the new Duke Street Theatre!
Maria Winson - Annabel's Dog/Showgirl
Maria is 17 and has been performing and training for just over 6 years. She has been a member of The Wycombe Swan Youth Dance Company, JG Dance, Mavericks Youth Drama and Wycombe Swan Youth projects Little Shop of Horrors, Oliver! and Grease. This is her first Renegade production and is very excited to be a part of the show. Maria can’t wait to perform on the brand new Duke Street stage alongside such talented people. When not prancing around a stage Maria enjoys eating, spending time with family and walking her dog! She also works in a shoe shop – coincidence?
Nicole Baisden - Dominique Du Monaco
Nicole is a keen musical theatre performer having attended the Landon Jennings dance studios since the age of 3, training in ballet, tap, jazz, modern and flamenco. Having recently started sixth form Nicole is currently taking A-Levels in Spanish, Politics, English Literature and Drama. She has been involved in many shows including: Keisha in Flashdance - The musical (Beck summer project 2013), Coco in Zombie Prom (Renegade Theatre Company 2014) and Patty Simcox in Grease (Beck and Wycombe Swan summer project 2014). Nicole is thrilled to be playing the part of Dominique Du Monaco and hopes you enjoy what will be a spectacular show!
Nina Crisp - Patient
Nina's most recent performances were in Godspell with Wyspas in 2014 and in Alice in Wonderland back in 2008. She's new to this performing properly thing, and is much more likely to be found reading a book then blogging about it at Death, Books and Tea, or attempting to write one of her own. That said, she's had a brilliant time working with Renegade and looks forwards to doing it again some day.!
Olivia Kinghorn - Rita
Olivia had been performing since the age of six, and trained at Hillingdon Theatre Dance Centre, Stage Coach and Italia Conti Saturday school. He had played a Duckling in Honk, Bet in Oliver!, Jan in Grease and her latest role was playing Rizzo in Grease at the Wycombe Swan. Olivia is currently studying Musical Theatre at Amersham and Wycombe college, and has played the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland and Crystal I'm Bad Girls the Musical this year. She hopes to continue her studies of Musical Theatre at college or uni next year, as her ambition is to be a performer in the performing arts industry. Olivia is very excited to be playing the role of Rita, seeing as it's such a fun and new part for her.
Rebecca Lillie - Mrs Loomis
Rebecca is 17 and in her final year of A levels. She has been participating in musical productions at school and in Wycombe Youth Projects since Year 6. Last year Rebecca was pleased to join the Renegade cast for their successful performance of Zombie Prom where she had a lot fun and she couldn't wait to do it all again this year. She is thoroughly enjoying the rehearsals and looking forward to the performances. Rebecca is hoping to go on to study Politics and International Relations next year, though is keen to continue participation in musical theatre whilst at university. When not in rehearsals, Rebecca enjoys playing the piano, singing and tap dancing.
Sarah Favager - Lodger/Bellhop
Sarah Favager is a 16 year-old year 12 student currently studying English Literature, Drama, Economics, Government and Politics, and Film Studies all at AS level. Her love of musical theatre started at a very young age, and this grew as she saw more productions and got more involved with dance. At present, she spends a lot of her time in ballet classes – grades, inter-foundation, and pointe -, tap classes, and modern classes; all of which she enjoys thoroughly. Throughout her time in school, she has performed in: Oklahoma! at Wycombe High School, Beauty and the Beast at both John Hampden Grammar School and the Wycombe Swan with Summer Youth Project, Little Shop of Horrors with the Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre, Oliver! and Grease with the Wycombe Swan Summer Youth Project, multiple Christmas pantomimes at her school, and now both Grease at Wycombe High School and Lucky Stiff with Renegade Youth Theatre! She highly looks forward to the performances of Lucky Stiff, and has enjoyed her time rehearsing for it extraordinarily.
William Cunningham - The Solicitor/Waiter
Will Cunningham is 15 and started dancing with the Jackie Palmer Stage School at the age of 4. During that time he performed in the Evita Tour, Aladdin and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Wycombe Swan. He also had TV roles in Midsomer Murders, Little Crackers and Razzle Dazzle and was a regular ‘pie boy’ on Toonattik, where he received a ‘pieing’ once or twice! Will has performed in Little Shop of Horrors, Oliver! and Grease with Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre. He played Toffee's father in Renegade's first production, Zombie Prom and is excited to be returning to the company and playing The Solicitor in Lucky Stiff. He plays classical and electric guitar and is a member of GMS Swans Rowing Club.
Bethany Hines - Showgirl
Bethany is 14 and in year ten at Holmer Green Senior School. She has been dancing since the age of 2 ½ and has been trained in ballet, tap, modern and national. Previously, Bethany has performed in five Wycombe Swan Summer Youth Projects – Fame, West Side Story, Beauty and the Beast, Oliver! and Grease–, two Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre musicals – Our House and Little Shop of Horrors – and the Renegade Theatre Company production of Zombie Prom, appearing as a main or featured dancer in seven of these shows. When she is not performing, Bethany enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her family.
