Joe studied Set & Costume Design at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Previous design credits include: Tartuffe (Courtyard Theatre), Modern Man (Virgin Media Shorts), The Notebook of Trigorin (The Cockpit Theatre), Half A Sixpence (Bernie Grants Art Centre), The Last 5 Years (Arts4Every1), Romeo & Juliet (The Beacon Theatre), 1,000 Suns (Edinburgh Festival Fringe).
Anna studied Theatre Practice: Costume Constructions at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Anna previously produced Zombie Prom for Renegade Theatre Company. Matthew Dye is a Director, Actor and Writer; He is a co-founder of The Adamant/Path theatre company and is also the Vice Principal for the Pauline Quirke Academy in Amersham. Matthew has directed The Wizard of Oz, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, the finals of the Billy Elliot YT competition, West Side Story, Our House, Little shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast, Oliver, Footloose, Bugsy Malone and Grease. This summer will see Matthew direct Singin' in the Rain for the Wycombe Swan Theatre Summer Project. Matthew has directed several shows across the country including Winters Ball for Les Enfants Terribles, devised and directed by Matthew; it premièred at the Lyric theatre in Hammersmith and transferred to latitude festival. He is currently writing a web series called L'Instructor about an unruly driving instructor. Directing Credits include; Sleeping Beauty. Cinderella, Atlas, the Wedding Singer, Guys and Dolls, The Exam, Burn, Spring Awakening, Romeo & Juliet, D.N.A., Speed The Plow, Sweet Charity, Lord of the Flies. Stuck in a Rut and Face in the Crowd (Nominated by THE STAGE for an acting excellence award).
Emilie Kraft is currently studying Philosophy and Ethics, English Literature, Theatre Studies and Film Studies AS at Wycombe High School. She has also previously attended Pauline Quirke Academy Penn. Emilie preformed the role of Thea in Spring Awakening but is now taking on the challenging task of not only making the second series of the behind the scenes ‘Under the…’ series but am also making sure producers or directors do not go un-replenished.
Alice Helen Eason
Alice is currently studying BA Combined Honours in Drama and American Studies at Canterbury Christ Church. Recent acting credits include: Petunia - 1,000 Suns (Edinburgh Festival Fringe), Petunia - 1,000 Suns (Beacon Theatre), Thea - Spring Awakening (SWR Performing Arts Centre), Lord Montague - Romeo and Juliet (Beacon Theatre). Recent creative credits include: Assistant Director – Rent’ (InOvation Theatre), Assistant Director – Luck of the Draw (Beacon Theatre), DSM – Part A (Beacon Theatre), Head of FOH – Last Five Years (Arts4Every1), Head of FOH – Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me (Arts4Evey1) She is thrilled to be working on the show again with such a wonderful team of cast and creatives.
Zac trained at East 15 School of acting. Credits whilst training include Boxer in Animal Farm and The Duke in Lupe de Vegas Punishment without Revenge. Since leaving he has been working, but has also enjoyed rolls of West Side Story, Fame, Jesus Christ Superstar, Poppy and Trekki Monster in Avenue Q! Most recently Zac played Adult Man in Spring Awakening for Renegade at Duke Street Theatre.
Returning to Buckinghamshire after 5 years in Surrey at university, this is his first production with Renegade Theatre Company. He's been in numerous productions with Pranksters Theatre Company in Guildford and Simply Theatre in Woking, most recently a Spanish Gimp Torturer in Blackadder. He recently has taken to singing in every show in a falsetto. You'll be pleased to hear he isn't this time. Other productions include Grease, Road, Bent and Little Shop of Horrors.
Claire is absolutely thrilled to have been chosen to play the role of “Claire” and can’t wait to perform on the Renegade stage again! She is passionate about performing and is hoping to continue to study performing arts at university! Claire studied Musical Theatre at Amersham College where she won the part of Lilliane La Fleur in their final showcase. She recently played the part of Reverend Shaw in Footloose, Jan inGrease at the Wycombe Swan and has also been a part of the Garsington Opera Company’sRoad Rage Opera, played Grace Farrell in Act Now Entertainment’s production ofAnnie and was a soloist in their Gala Concerts at the Henley Theatre. Claire hopes to continue her training in Musical Theatre at one of the performing arts colleges next year, but meantime can be found doing other people's shopping in Sainsbury’s really early in the morning or working as a waitress and children’s party host at Pizza Express!
This is Toms first show with Renegade and he can't wait to perform at the Duke Street Theatre for the first time. He has also performed with other local companies playing many parts, including Rolf in The Sound of Music, Dusty in Flare Path and Burt Healy in Annie. He loves the buzz that he gets out of being on stage, be it musical theatre or Shakespeare. Currently he helps teach drama at PQA which he loves and also works at Argos, however he hope in the future he can pursue acting a dream career.
She has recently graduated with a Degree in Music Theatre from the University of Central Lancashire. Performing is Hayley’s passion and has been from a young age. She has played many roles in various Musicals including Carlotta in Phantom of the Opera, Madame De La Grande Bouche in Beauty and the Beast and Ida in Honk. Hayley has also appeared in various Television Dramas and Films. Most recently Hayley appeared as Martha in Spring Awakening with Renegade at Duke Street Theatre.
Niven caught the acting bug at age 11, when he was cast as the evil Sheriff of Nottingham in his year 6 play of Robin Hood. Despite a number of boos and pies to the face, Niven was not deterred from performing. Almost 10 years on, he has always been keeping himself busy with a variety of concerts, gigs, musicals and plays. Notable performances include: Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls, Joe Vegas in Fame and Cookie in Return to the Forbidden Planet. Niven most recently played the role of Moritz Stiefel in Renegade’s Spring Awakening. When he isn’t on stage, Niven works at a local primary school as part of the one-to-one learning support team - a job which he loves.
Grace J. Willis
Grace trained at The Henley College finishing with D*D*D* in Performing Arts.
Amongst others, she has recently played Mrs Appleyeard in Picnic at Hanging Rock which toured to Tossa de Mar in Spain, and has also played the role of Ada in the award-winning play, 'Poppy, performed at Norden Farm as part of the Maidenhead Drama Festival'. For Renegade Theatre Company, Grace played Ramona Merengué in Zombie Prom and American Lady in Lucky Stiff.
She is delighted to be cast in 'Luck of the Draw' and is really looking forward to being part of another Renegade Theatre Company production.
